All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
At Kajal Perfumes Paris we strive to provide our customers with timely and efficient shipping services. However, we understand that there may be instances where factors beyond our control may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Such factors may include a high volume of orders, unforeseen weather conditions, or issues with the postal service.
If there is a delay in the shipping of your order, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. We will also provide you with an estimated timeline for when you can expect your order to be delivered.
Please note that while we will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are outside of our control. We also cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders, as this is ultimately dependent on the postal service and other external factors.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders above $100 are shipped free of charge within the continental US. Deliveries are made from during 9:00am to 600pm on Monday to Friday.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada and the United Kingdom.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kajal Perfumes Paris is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. In the rare instances that you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us via email at email@example.com or via Chat on the website, and we will manually check the status of the order for you. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
This service is done solely via the USPS service within the US.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
