Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Kajal Perfumes Paris, we take great care in preparing every order and strive to ensure that your fragrance reaches you safely and efficiently. As fragrance requires specialized transportation, delivery may take longer than standard shipments.

 

Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within this estimated timeframe, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and other circumstances beyond our control. We understand that receiving your fragrance is an important part of the experience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully coordinate its journey to you. 

 

Alternatively, you may also wish to explore our authorized retailers, where products may be available locally and can offer an alternative to ordering online.


 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AN ESTIMATES 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders above $100 are shipped free of charge within the continental US.  Deliveries are made from during 9:00am to 600pm on Monday to Friday.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kajal Perfumes Paris is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. In the rare instances that you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us via email at info@kajalperfumes.com or via Chat on the website, and we will manually check the status of the order for you. 

 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kajalperfumes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

This service is done solely via the USPS service within the US. 


 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kajalperfumes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
